1. Who we are
Mehrly ("we", "us", "our") is a software service that helps businesses draft and manage replies to customer reviews using AI. Mehrly is currently operated as an individual project, not a registered company. For any privacy-related question, contact us at azizovjasur2007@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
When you create an account and use Mehrly, we collect and store:
- Account information from Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile picture, as provided by Google's OAuth service.
- Business profile details you enter: business name, tone preferences, custom instructions, signature text, logo image, Google Maps URL, and automation settings.
- Review data synced from Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, or submitted via our webhook API: reviewer name, star rating, review text, and timestamps.
- AI-generated content: draft replies generated by Google's Gemini AI based on your reviews and settings, and any edits you make to those drafts.
- Team member information: email addresses of people you invite to help manage replies, and their assigned role.
- QR code analytics: scan timestamps, device type (mobile/tablet/desktop), and resulting star ratings from our QR code review-collection feature. We do not collect precise location or personally identifying information from QR scans.
- Activity and edit logs: a record of actions taken in your account (e.g. settings changes, approvals) and any edits made to AI-generated drafts, used to improve the AI's suggestions over time.
- Session information: to keep you signed in securely, including basic device/browser information tied to your login sessions (visible to you under Account Settings).
3. How we use your data
- To operate the core service: syncing your reviews, generating AI draft replies, and posting approved replies back to Google on your behalf.
- To send instant alerts (email) when negative reviews arrive, if you've enabled this.
- To generate analytics and insights about your review trends, sentiment, and recurring complaint themes.
- To improve AI reply quality by learning from edits you make to drafts (this data stays associated with your account and is not shared with other users).
- To communicate with you about your account, such as team invitations you send to others.
4. Third parties we share data with
We use the following third-party services to operate Mehrly. Data is shared with them only as needed to provide the service:
- Google — for authentication (Sign in with Google), reading and posting to your Google Business Profile reviews, and generating AI draft replies via the Gemini API.
- SerpAPI — used to retrieve publicly available TripAdvisor review data for businesses you connect.
We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use your review data to train AI models beyond generating your own draft replies.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and review data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we stop accessing your connected Google Business Profile immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email above.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, where applicable), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

7. Data security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including secure authentication via Google OAuth (we never see or store your Google password) and encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International use
Mehrly is available to businesses globally, though pricing is currently displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including where our third-party providers (such as Google) operate infrastructure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Mehrly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
